The interior has only clean, counter seating, allowing you to savor high-quality grilled meat in a quiet, relaxed atmosphere.
You can enjoy sukiyaki made with A5-rank Amakusa Kuro-ushi from Kumamoto Prefecture. In particular, the “one-person one-pot sukiyaki” is a luxurious style where each person can cook and enjoy at their own pace. Rice, miso soup, and raw eggs are available for unlimited refills, and the finishing truffle egg-over-rice is exquisite. The balance between the wagyu fat and the lean meat’s savory flavor is superb, and its deliciousness unfolds with every bite.
The interior is brand new, clean, and has a calm atmosphere. Seating is counter only, making it a space perfectly suited to a one-person-one-pot style. There are only 11 counter seats, making it ideal for one pot per person. In a quiet environment, you can fully enjoy luxurious grilled meat and sukiyaki.
This is a luxury yakiniku restaurant that relocated and reopened in Roppongi on September 19, 2025.
